Rebee App- Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rebee mobile application, wearable sensor, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by XCLR8 Technologies Pte Ltd. (“Rebee”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Rebee app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By tapping “I Agree”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of the Rebee Service

Rebee is a digital physiotherapy support platform designed to:

Guide users through prescribed exercises
Support rehabilitation and track exercises movement and adherence using technology

Rebee does not provide medical diagnosis or emergency care.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Rebee is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The exercises and guidance provided are generalised or clinician-prescribed support tools, not medical judgments.
Always consult your doctor, physiotherapist, or qualified healthcare professional before starting or modifying any exercise program.
Do not use the app if you are experiencing severe pain, sudden worsening symptoms, or medical emergencies. Seek immediate medical attention.

You acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your use of the Service.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Rebee app if:

You are at least 18 years old, or
You have consent from a parent or legal guardian, and
You are medically cleared to perform physical exercises.

Rebee reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of unauthorised account use

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use Rebee:

Only for lawful and intended purposes
In accordance with any guidance provided by your healthcare professional
Without attempting to reverse engineer, misuse, or interfere with the technology

You must not:

Share your account with others
Use the app for diagnosis or medical decision-making

6. Exercise & Sensor Accuracy Disclaimer

Motion tracking and feedback are provided on a best-effort basis and may be affected by:
- Device positioning
- Environmental conditions
- Individual movement variations
Rebee does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or real-time correctness of movement analysis.

Always rely on professional clinical advice if unsure.

7. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at: http://rebeehealth.com/privacy-policy

By using the Service, you consent to:

Collection of movement, usage, and exercise-related data
Secure storage and processing for service improvement and clinical support purposes

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks within the Rebee app are owned by or licensed to Rebee.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use only.

9. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If your use of Rebee involves payment:

Fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
Access may be suspended for failed or reversed payments

10. Third-Party Services

Rebee may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. app stores, device manufacturers).
We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Rebee is not liable for injuries, pain, health complications, or damages arising from use or misuse of the Service
Rebee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebee from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

Your misuse of the Service
Violation of these Terms
Failure to follow medical advice

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

These Terms are violated
Required by law or regulatory authorities
The Service is discontinued

You may stop using the app at any time.
